While bands like the Scorpions, Accept and other German Hard'n Heavy bands weren't hardly noticed in Germany in the early 80s, they were touring already throughout North America. German Hard Rock was in demand, the sing-along rock anthems by Scorpions, but also the hard and fast guitar riffs by Accept, paired with the scratchy voice of Udo Dirkschneider.

Accept became even the trailblazer for Speed and Thrash Metal, they were the forerunner for bands in Germany and abroad, like Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and others. Germany in the early 80s was a pulsating Metal-Mekka, watched closely by fans beyond the German borders. That is another perfect "Wunderbar Together" chapter, music stories that connect us.
