It all began on a Saturday morning in November 1996, when I switched on the microphone in the KUSF studio: "This is Radio Goethe". Just with a couple of Vinyl and Cds I started a weekly show, moving from Saturday mornings to Thursday nights, playing music from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I never could have imagined that this would last for a quarter of a century. Lots of great music, interviews, friendships and even the "Merit of order", the highest civilian award from Germany...

Here are the four anniversary shows of Radio Goethe from November 2021 celebrating 25 years. Thank you to all the bands and musicians who sent in their well wishes and also to all the listeners out there around the world, who tuned in, and who keep on listening. Thank you!
